What Do We Do?
Using the latest in underground pipe location and cable detection devices SES offers you a complete underground utility location and mapping service.
We use state-of-the-art tracing methods, meaning that work is non invasive and results are quickly achieved. This usually means a combination of Ground Penetrating Radar and Pulse Wave Generator devices. These technologies allow us to scan an area for pipes, no matter what their composition may be.
SES can trace and locate all pipe materials such as Cast Iron, Steel, etc.
Along with the above SES has equipment for tracing and identifying all other utilities, including Power Cables, Fibre Optic Cables, Drainage and Sewer Pipes.

We undertake underground utility mapping to provide projects with up to date, accurate information relating to underground services. These typically include communications (Eir/Virgin media etc.), Water, Gas and Electricity. The depth of investigation will depend on the site, but will usually be between 2-3m. Utility mapping is efficient when combinations of techniques are used.
